Two years ago we started CLCPEOPLE.ORG with a simple premise, we wanted to create a safe enviroment for our church to connect to each other and for our young people to enjoy online social networking. An environment that was safe from the pornography that had become youtube and myspace and was becoming Facebook.

It is one thing for an adult to actively go looking for pornography, it is another to have it shoved down the throats of our children.

We did it because I felt it was the right thing to do….this recent article proves that www.clcpeople.org was more than a good idea…but a God idea.

Symantec recently released the anonymous results of 14.7 million searches run by users of its OnlineFamily.Norton service in 2009, the fourth most popular search term for children  7 years and under was “porn”

Faith includes three aspects:

1. Knowledge of the truth
2. Assent to the truth
3. Trust in the truth

There are three elements to faith:

1. An awareness of the truth
2. An assent to the truth
3. A committal of oneself to this truth

Faith is not merely an intellectual awareness of the truth, or even and intellectual acceptance of it. You can have that and still not have faith.

Faith means a trusting, a knowing that God is who He says He is, and is able to do what He says He can do.

Sitting, praying, and preparing for tonight.

What a morning….what a month!! Or two…

So, many touched today and worship…man….it was like God was in the room!

So, I pray and I wait…wondering…what He will do and how He will want to move…who He will want to touch and how their lives will be changed forever…I LOVE MY ‘JOB’ !!!
